What causes this issue?

You want to use text '&V1&' as a text in the overview screen. In
procedure '&V2&', the text has '&V1&' while the access sequence has
'&V3&'. This probably means that the text is determined from a source
cannot be changed when processing a sales order. It can, however, be
unblocked in the overview screen.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you need to replace texts in the overview with other
texts. If not, do not assign an access sequence to the text in the
determination procedure.
