What causes this issue?

You have tried to start a selection report for transmitting deliveries
to an external transportation planning system. However Customizing does
not have a maintained partner number of the transportation planning
system for any of the transportation planning points.

System Response

The transaction has been cancelled.

How to fix this error?

To use the transaction please set up a transportation planning point for
the external system. The partner type should be "logical system" (LS)
and the partner number should be valid for ALE.
