Solution:
Check Material Master:
- Go to the Material Master (Transaction Code: MM03) and check if the material exists in the specified plant.
- If it does not exist, you will need to create the material for that plant using Transaction Code: MM01.
Create Material in New Plant:
- If the material needs to be created in the new plant, use Transaction Code: MM01 to create the material master record for the new plant.
- Ensure that all necessary views (Basic Data, Sales, Purchasing, etc.) are filled out as required.
Check Material Status:
- Verify that the material is not marked for deletion or inactive in the specified plant. You can check this in the Material Master data.
Plant Assignment:
- Ensure that the material is assigned to the correct plant. You can do this by checking the plant-specific data in the Material Master.
Data Migration:
- If the error occurred after a data migration, review the migration process to ensure that all necessary data was transferred correctly.
Consult with SAP Support:
