What causes this issue?

A corresponding scheduling agreement was found for the incoming
external agent delivery data. However, the scheduling agreement was not
created as a scheduling agreement for an external agent.

System Response

The system terminates processing.

How to fix this error?

Recreate the scheduling agreement as a scheduling agreement for an
external agent and process the IDOC online. Enter a different
scheduling agreement into which the consignment issue can be
transferred.
