What causes this issue?

The order quantity <DS>&V2& </>in the sales order is larger than the
target quantity <DS>&V3& </>in the referred sales contract <DS>&V4&</>.

System Response

When the order quantity is larger than the referred target quantity, the
system ignores the down payment status and blocks deliveries.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
