How To Fix V2211 - Due to fixed planning order &2, item &1 cannot be deleted

• Message text: Due to fixed planning order &2, item &1 cannot be deleted

What causes this issue?

You want to delete item &V1& but planned order &V2& refers to this
item. The firming indicator has already been activated in this planned
order.

System Response

The system does not allow you to delete the item.

How to fix this error?

You can do one of the following:
Reject the item; in business terms, this has a similar effect to
deleting the item. The item is completed, you cannot undertake any
follow-up activities, and you can archive the item.
Delete the <DS:TRAS.MD12>firming indicator in planned order &V2& </>.
When you then delete the item, the system will also delete the planned
order with the next planning run.
