What causes this issue?

The program link between tables KOMT1 and XKOMV using the
XKOMV-IX_KOMT1 field no longer works in the pricing program SAPLV61A.
This could be because the PRICING_REFRESH function module has been
called up from another function module, even though you did not require
it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Inform SAP.
