What causes this issue?

Release of item &V2& to value contract &V1&, causes the specified
target value to be exceeded by &V3& &V4&.
This is not permitted according to Customizing.

System Response

The system does not allow any further processing.

How to fix this error?

Change the release order so that the release value does not exceed the
target value.
