You selected 'Add', 'Copy' or 'Discard' in your multiple record
application or you tried to start multi record processing for copies of
supplied objects. This function is not supported for one of the
    following reasons:
The change request type is not configured correctly. No application
configuration is assigned to the current change request step
The floorplan configuration of your multiple record application is
assigned an application configuration controller (AppCC) without
component configuration. Thus, the model specific class called in the
    current situation is not defined.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Make sure that an appropriate application configuration is assigned to
each step of the change request type
Check the application controller (AppCC) settings of your mutiple record
