How To Fix USMD_ARC003 - No active infostructure found for change request header data

What causes this issue?

The system tried to read data from archived change requests using the
Archive Information System. The data could not be read because no active
info structure was found.

System Response

The requested data have not been provided.

How to fix this error?

Please inform the person who is responsible for configuring the MDG
archiving functionality or your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

If you want to use the delivered infostructure SAP_USMD_CR just activate
(and if necessary fill) it. In case you want to use your own
infostructure, please create such a structure for archiving objejct
USMD_CR and the field catalog SAP_USMD_CR and activate (and if necessary
fill) it.
