  • What causes this issue?

    There was an attempt to delete instance &SYST-MSGV2& of entitytype
    &SYST-MSGV1& which is a hierarchy node.

    System Response

    The deletion is not possible.

    How to fix this error?

    Remove the respective object from the hierarchy. If subnodes are
    assigned to it remove the subnodes subsequently. Start with the removal
    of leaves which do not have subnodes. At the end the automatic removal
    of the respective instance by means of data upload will be possible.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
