What causes this issue?

A download in delta mode is not possible if the
<DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> is not edition-dependent
(which means it has the value <LS>2</> or <LS>3</>).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose full mode for the transfer type and restart the download.
