• Message text: There is no suitable change request

What causes this issue?

For the upload you need a change request that has the status
<LS>Considered and Approved</> or <LS>To Be Revised</> and ideally has a
type that does <ZH>not</> have the property <LS>Object List Is Binding
</>. If the change request does have this property, all the entities
that are uploaded must already be assigned to this object list.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
