What causes this issue?

The system is unable to generate the PDF form for the print preview.
Potential root causes might be:
The print server is not setup correctly.
The definition of the interface of form &V1& contains an error: The form
interface must have only one occurrence of the customer-defined import
parameter <ZH>IS_DATA</>, the type of which is defined in Customizing
for the structures to be generated.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
