What causes this issue?
You want to move a hierarchy entry up or down. This is not possible
because the hierarchy entry is already the highest or lowest entry at
this hierarchy level.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
If you want to move the hierarchy entry up a level, choose the <ZK>Rank
Higher</> function. If you want to move the hierarchy entry down a
level, choose the <ZK>Rank Lower</> function.Procedure for System Administrators
