  • What causes this issue?

    Your user master record does not contain a standard data model. A number
    of applications of Master Data Governance (MDG) require this information
    before they can be started.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Use the <ZK>Change Model</> pushbutton to choose an appropriate standard
    data model. Alternatively, you can have an appropriate standard data
    model entered in your user master record.
    If this error message appears even when you have selected a data model
    delivered by SAP, check if the data model has been activated.
