What causes this issue?

In the type of change request &V1&, you have entered at least one entity
type with hierarchies. For all entity types with hierarchies that you
have already included in the type of change request &V1& in this case,
you must also include all additional assigned entity types in the type
of change request &V1&. You have not yet included the additional entity
type &V2& in the type of change request &V1&, however.

System Response

The type of change request &V1& cannot be saved like this.

How to fix this error?

Add entity type &V2& to the type of change request &V1&.
