What causes this issue?
UI elements with UI element type <LS>hierarchy relationship</> can only
be created for entity types that have hierarchies. The entity type of UI
element &V1& does not have a hierarchy.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
