What causes this issue?

Prefixes for temporary keys must fulfill the following conditions:
They are not allowed to be blank.
They are not allowed to begin with a space.
For entity types that have solely internal key assignment, the prefix is
not allowed to be numeric.
For entity types that have internal key assignment, the prefix must not
contain any of the following characters:

?
'

How to fix this error?

Change the prefix.
