    The entity type &V2& is used in the hierarchies of entity type &V4& as
    an additional entity type with the usage <LS>Hierarchy Name</>. The data
    element defined for the entity type must fulfill the following technical
    prerequisites:
    Data type: CHAR, NUMC or CUKY
    Maximum length: 30 characters
    At least one of the prerequisites is <ZH>not</> fulfilled for the data
    element.
