Message text: Level &1 is unsuitable for the planning function
You attempted to create a planning function of the type "Repost
characteristic relationships". However, the planning level you selected
does not fulfill the prerequisites required for this.
Planning functions of the type "Repost characteristic relationships"
are used to correct transaction data after, for example, the assignment
of attributes to characteristic values was changed. If several planning
levels exist in a planning area, it is unclear how the data records
appear exactly regarding their characteristic combinations. To make
sure that all data records concerned can be corrected, you must select
a level that contains all characteristics and all key figures of the
planning area.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Create the planning function in a planning level that contains all
characteristics and key figures of the planning area.
