What causes this issue?

The time period for which the data will be forecast is determined from
the selection conditions for the planning level and the package. Here,
the values for the time characteristic &V1& must be restricted to a
single value or an interval.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the definition of the level and the package.
