What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Display the valid data elements using F4. The data element must have
active status in the Data Dictionary. If you choose a data element in
the customer name space, make sure that it is also translated into all
the languages that are used.
