What causes this issue?

In the conntext of manual planning, you use the characteristic
relationships to generate all possible combinations. The system
determines a forecast for the total number of characteristic
combinations from the individual steps when generating the
combinations. This number is greater than the greatest number available
internally for this (about 2bn.).

System Response

No combinations could be generated.

How to fix this error?

Check the selection used for manual planning; This is not restricted
enough at all in the present case. You must possibly revise the
definition of characteristic relationships, in order to reduce the
possible combinations.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
