What causes this issue?

The values of the compounded characteristics of the start and end node
of the range &V3& (node ID &V2&) are different.
This is not allowed in SEM-BPS as in this way no combination check is
possible and no templates can also be generated for new characteristic
combinations.

Maintain hierarchy &V1& in accordance with the requirements specified
above.
