What causes this issue?

Characteristic &V2& can be documented and is compounded to
characteristic &V1&. Therefore, the higher-level characteristic &V1&,
must also have the indicator "Characteristic is a document property".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Set the indicator "Characteristic is a document property" for
characteristic &V1&.
Start transaction <DS:TRAN.RSD1>Edit characteristics</>.
