What causes this issue?

Real-time InfoCube '&V1&' currently has operating mode 'load data'. You
cannot use the InfoCube for planning while it has this operation mode.
As of SAP BW release 3.0A you can switch between different operation
modes for real-time InfoCubes in order to generate transaction data. You
can either generate plan data or upload it in the conventional way using
InfoSources. You can switch between the two modes of operation as much
as you like, but they are mutually exclusive.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To use the InfoCube for planning, switch the InfoCube into operational
mode 'Real-Time Cube Can Be Planned'.
You make this setting in the SAP BW Data Warehousing Workbench:
Choose the <ZK>modelling</> view and then <ZK>InfoProvider</>.
Select InfoCube '&V1&'.
In the context menu of the InfoCube, choose <ZK>Switch Real-Time
InfoCube</> and make the required setting.
