    The function module UPB_TIME_EXIT_FISC_CREATE is entered in connection
    with characteristic &v1& as the function module for the combination
    proposal in the characteristic relationships of the current planning
    area. But the module only supports the combination proposal for the
    characteristics 0FISCPER, 0FISCYEAR, and 0FISCPER3.
