  • What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

This folder is always preselected at the start of the planning folder
    transaction.
It can also be started directly in the GUI with one of the transactions
UPBX (for balance sheet planning), UPIX (for investment planning) or
    UPSX (cross-application folders).
A Web-enabled default folder can also be started with the pages
    PM_START_UPB.HTM, PM_START_UPI.HTM, or PM_START_UPS.HTM of the BSP
application UPB_PM02, when the parameter start_default=X is
    transferred.
The selection of a default folder is user-dependent and is stored in
the personalization object UPB_PM_DEFAULT. If no folder is set
permanently as the default, then the folder selected last is used as
    the default folder.
