What causes this issue?

&V1& formula(s) from SEM Business Planning and Simulation (SEM-BPS)
used in the value driver tree has/have a more recent time stamp than
the structure of the value driver tree. It is possible that the tree
structure no longer mirrors the planned mathematical dependencies.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Rebuild the tree structure. Select the root node of the value driver
tree and choose <LS> Add measures automatically </>.
