How to fix this error?

To produce the final print version of the Briefing Book, proceed as
follows:
Ensure that Adobe FrameMaker Version 7.0 (or higher) is installed on
your PC.
Extract the individual files from the Zip file and into the FrameMaker
work directory. In the extraction, the different data types are
automatically distributed to the subdirectories created for this
purpose.
Start Adobe FrameMaker and open the file 'BB_framemaker.xml'.
Make any desired changes to the file and then print it.
