What causes this issue?

In the scorecard &V1&, CPM variables are used in the value fields of
measures and/or initiatives. However, at least one of these CPM
variables has no value assigned to it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign a value to all CPM variables in the scorecard's Customizing
function.
