What causes this issue?

The system cannot uniquely identify the scorecard you want to remove.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Position the mouse cursor on the table column with the title of the
scorecard you want to remove. Then select <LS>Remove scorecard</>
again.
