What causes this issue?

You attempted to enter a time variable for one of the two
characteristics 0FISCPER3 or 0FISCYEAR without defining a variable for
the other characteristic. However, one variable has to be entered for
<ZH>each</> of these two characteristics.

System Response

The definition does not meet the requirements.

How to fix this error?

Enter a time variable for the other characteristic. If you prefer to
define only one variable, you can define a variable for the
characteristic 0FISCPER (instead of for the two characteristics
0FISCPER3/0FISCYEAR).

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
