What causes this issue?

You cannot assign data to the set type &V1& (&V3&); the set type is not
assigned to the base category &V2&

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the set type and the base category as follows:
Create the base category in the product hierarchy, if it does not exist.
Assign the set type &V1& (&V3&) to base the category &V2& in the product
hierarchy.
Alternatively, you can ask your power user to create this data.
