What causes this issue?

To adopt a search result, you need to perform a search and then select a
search result in the hit list.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you do not want to perform a search, you can exit the dialog box by
choosing <LS>Cancel</>.
