  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system wants to derive the new activity numbers from the activity
numbers of the source. To ensure that the derivation of activity numbers
is done in the same way in all data streams concerned or in each
repetition of the run, the system stores a link between the activity
number of the source and the new activity number. However, if the
activity number of the source was not assigned in the local system, the
system also needs to make a note of the logical name of the system in
    which the number was assigned.
Since the logical system is typically not the same as the system in
which the data is stored, you need to specify the name of the logical
source system in the source data basis &V1&. This has not been done.

    System Response

The system cannot load data when at the same time activity numbers are
loaded from the activity numbers of the source. This is because the name
of the logical source system can not be determined.

    How to fix this error?

    Choose one option:
Specify the name of the logical source system in data basis &V1&.
See if you can forego the derivation of activity numbers from the
    activity numbers of the source.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
