What causes this issue?

You want to use consolidation of investments in
<DS:GLOS.D5692F24DA2CD511BCBF0800060D9C68>consolidation area</> &V1&.
However, no data stream has been defined for goodwill in the associated
<DS:GLOS.3C14A7065A82D511B1250008C784EFB1>data basis</> &V2&.

System Response

The definition of the consolidation area is inconsistent and cannot be
saved.

How to fix this error?

For now, deselect consolidation of investments in consolidation area
&V1&. Go to data basis &V2& and select the <ZK>Generate</> indicator for
the data stream <ZK>Goodwill</>, and save the data basis. Afterwards,
consolidation of investments will be available in all of the associated
consolidation areas.
