What causes this issue?

In step "&SYST-MSGV2&" of component "&SYST-MSGV1&" you specified
characteristic &SYST-MSGV3& for entry. This characteristic is already
being used by a higher-level step.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Remove characteristic &SYST-MSGV3& from one of the two steps.
