What causes this issue?

In this document, characteristic &V1& or a higher-level characteristic
currently has an ambiguous value. Note that only the line items that
contain FS items with a breakdown by characteristic &V1& are relevant.

System Response

The characteristic cannot be fixed.

How to fix this error?

Before fixing characteristic &V1&, make sure that the characteristic
and all of its higher-level characteristics have unique values in the
document.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
