What causes this issue?

In the copy method, you specified a complex selection for the
restatement characteristic in the target selection. However, the copy
function supports only single values for the restatement in the target
selection.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Adjust the Customizing settings for the copy method by specifying a
single value for the restatement in the target selection.
