What causes this issue?

The upload file contains a method assignment for task &V1& that is not
compatible with the existing method assignment.
The assignment of methods to tasks is based on the period category.
Within a period, all period categories that you use in the method
assignment must belong to the same period category group.
The specified upload file contains method assignments for period
category &V2&. However, a method assignment already exists for period
category &V3&. These two period categories belong to different period
category groups.

System Response

If you save your data after you execute the flexible upload, the system
deletes all method assignments to task &V1& for period category &V3& and
stores the new method assignments for period category &V2& persistently
to the database.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you actually want to delete the existing method
assignments to task &V1& for period category &V3&.
If this is not the case, you should not save your data after you execute
the flexible upload. Instead, adjust the upload file and execute the
flexible upload again. In the upload file, ensure that you use only
period categories that belong to the same period category group as the
period categories in the existing method assignments to task &V1&.</>
