What causes this issue?

You want to create a data record using the flexible upload function or
by loading from the data stream. However, a data record with the same
key already exists in the system. The content of the existing field,
&V1&, cannot be changed.

System Response

The system retains the content of field &V1& for the existing data
record.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
