consolidation area &V3& changes at different times in the current
consolidation period.
This message can be triggered by the following scenarios:
The parent indicator for the different investee units is changed in
different periods.
The parent indicator for one investee unit changes at the beginning of a
period, and that of another investee unit changes at the end of the same
period.
It is unlikely that this was intentional.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing settings for accounting techniques (under <LS>
Master Data </> -> <LS>Consolidation Units</> -> <LS>Accounting
Techniques</>). Check the settings for the <LS>Parent Unit</> and <LS>
Parent Ind. Change at Period Beginning</> indicators for the &V1&
consolidation units in all periods for the current consolidation period.
