What causes this issue?
A manual goodwill entry for future consolidation periods for
consolidation of investments exists for the following characteristic
values:
Activity: &v3& &v4&
Consolidation group: &v1&
Investee unit: &v2&
However, there is no corresponding manual goodwill entry for the current
consolidation period.System Response
If you execute the consolidation of investments in update mode, the
system automatically deletes the obsolete goodwill entry proposed.How to fix this error?
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
