What causes this issue?

You want to load data from a data stream that contains activity numbers.
And you want to derive the new activity numbers from the activity
numbers of the source. Before this can be done, you first need to load
the used activity numbers into the system by means of loading from the
respective data stream for activity numbers. Only then can the system
read the new activity numbers and store the their relationship to the
original activity numbers.

System Response

The data will not be written.

How to fix this error?

Either load the activity numbers from the respective data stream, or
check whether it is necessary to derive the new activity numbers from
the activity numbers of the source.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
