What causes this issue?

Within the consolidation group combination &v1&, the parent indicator of
the consolidation unit combination &v2& has been changed for the year
&v3& and period &v4&.

System Response

The parent indicator of a consolidation unit should not change within a
consolidation group during the entire consolidation period. Otherwise,
this will lead to erroneous results in consolidation of investments.

How to fix this error?

In the definition of accounting techniques, set the parent indicator
back to the value it had in the prior period.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
