What causes this issue?

You want to run an allocation. However, the sender objects could not be
fully depleted because your specifications concerning the distribution
are contradictory.
Example of contradictory specifications:
Sender A distributes 100% to receiver B, but sender B distributes 100%
to receiver A.

System Response

The allocation cannot be executed. Data will not be modified.

How to fix this error?

Define the method without contradictory specifications for
distribution.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
