What causes this issue?

Characteristic &V1& is dependent on characteristics &V3&, so a value of
characteristic &V1& is valid only in combination with the values of
characteristic &V3&.
Two different situations can exist:
Characteristic value &V2& is valid but not in connection with the values
of independent characteristic &V3&.
Characteristic value &V2& is invalid.

System Response

The data record cannot be processed.

How to fix this error?

Depending on the situation, you need to change the values for
characteristic &V1& or characteristic &V3&, or adjust their validity.
