What causes this issue?

The current record has no value for characteristic &V1&. This
characteristic is assigned to &V3& &V4& as a required breakdown. If no
specification is made, this breakdown may be automatically filled with
a default value.

System Response

The default value &V2& will be used as the value for breakdown
characteristic &V1&.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
